Manpower has an immediate opening for a Accounts Payable Clerk for our client located in Coquitlam, BC.

- Disbursing all accounts payable, processing vendor invoices and recurring payments on a monthly basis, reviewing and approving all payments within the invoice queue.
- Maintaining the AP PO Log and ensuring payments are on time.
- Reconciling invoices, statements, and reports.
- Maintaining accurate records for all relevant activity.
- Submitting customer refund checks.
- Completing special projects for Controller and/or senior management as assigned.
- 2+ years prior experience processing large volume Accounts Payable invoices.
- Must possess a good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Experience with MS Excel and Outlook preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organization skills.
- Self-motivated and detail oriented.
