We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.Position Overview:We are actively seeking an experienced, dedicated, and dependable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk at Playground, you will play a critical role in our financial operations, ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of supplier invoices and maintaining essential financial records.What we have to offer:

Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices for payment, verify and reconcile accounts payable statements.
• Review and verify the amounts invoiced by suppliers, purchase orders and expense reports.
• Follow up on communications (email, telephone) related to accounts payable.
• Prepare and process check, e-transfer and credit card payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all account payable transactions.
• Assist in coordination with other divisions.
• All other related tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Experience working in an AP role within a large organization in a high volume accounting department
• Proficient in Sage/Microsoft/Google Docs
• DEP in accounting. Knowledge of basic accounting skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in a similar environment is an asset but not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bilingual.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :

• Exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un poste de comptable agr\xc3\xa9\xc3\xa9 au sein d\'une grande organisation dans un service de comptabilit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 fort volume.
• Traiter les factures des fournisseurs en vue de leur paiement, v\xc3\xa9rifier et rapprocher les \xc3\xa9tats des comptes fournisseurs.
• Examiner et v\xc3\xa9rifier les montants factur\xc3\xa9s par les fournisseurs, les bons de commande et les notes de frais.
• Assurer le suivi des communications (courriel, t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone) relatives aux comptes fournisseurs.
• Pr\xc3\xa9parer et traiter les paiements par ch\xc3\xa8que, virement \xc3\xa9lectronique et carte de cr\xc3\xa9dit.
• Tenir des registres pr\xc3\xa9cis de toutes les transactions relatives aux comptes cr\xc3\xa9diteurs.
• Contribuer \xc3\xa0 la coordination avec les autres divisions.
• Toutes les autres t\xc3\xa2ches connexes requises.

Exigences :

• Ma\xc3\xaetrise de Sage/Microsoft/Google Docs.
• DEP en comptabilit\xc3\xa9. Connaissance des comp\xc3\xa9tences de base en comptabilit\xc3\xa9.
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler de mani\xc3\xa8re autonome et \xc3\xa0 respecter les d\xc3\xa9lais.
• Une exp\xc3\xa9rience ant\xc3\xa9rieure dans un environnement similaire est un atout mais n\'est pas n\xc3\xa9cessaire.
• Solides comp\xc3\xa9tences en mati\xc3\xa8re d\'organisation et de gestion du temps.
• Solides comp\xc3\xa9tences en communication, tant \xc3\xa9crite que verbale.
• \xc3\x8atre bilingue.
