About Our Client
Our client in the real-estate industry located in Markham, is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator for a permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities
The Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for the full-cycle of accounts payable

  • Entering and processing vendor invoices
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Processing payments and cheque runs
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 2 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
  • Property Management Experience is a strong asset but not needed
  • Experience with Yardi is a strong asset
  • Intermediate Excel skills
