Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:



Administer large volume of multi-branch generated purchase orders

Match purchase orders to supplier invoices and research discrepancies

Accurate and complete coding and entry of invoices into our ERP system

Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies

To provide administrative support for recurring and special projects, as required

To perform other duties as assigned

Skills:



Consistently punctual to support fast-paced office

Good computer and keyboarding skills

Work well under pressure

Attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and prioritize requests

Office is located in Owen Sound.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
