Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payments. Strong communication and follow-up skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:



Process and scan A/P invoices accurately and efficiently Reconcile vendor statements with invoices Perform monthly reconciliation of holdback amounts Prepare and process A/P payments Maintain regular contact with vendors and suppliers Reconcile company credit card transactions across Review and reconcile employee expense reports Investigate payment issues and follow up with vendors as needed

Qualifications:



Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $53,000.00-$59,000.00 per year
