Steel-Craft Door Sales & Service Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Saskatoon Branch. This position is responsible for processing customer invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate receipt of payments.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, issue, and distribute customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Receive and apply customer payments in the ERP system.
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts.
Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances, discrepancies, and payment arrangements.
Complete month end closing activities.
Prepare regular accounts receivable reports, including aging summaries, collection notes, and monthly account statements.
Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation.
Respond to phone and email inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain organized and accurate filing and documentation.
Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience.
Post secondary education in account, finance, or business is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or accounting software is an asset.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle difficult collection conversations professionally.
Professional, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
