Erritt Construction Ltd is a heavy civil construction contractor based in Vaughan, ON. We are seeking an office administrator/ AP administrator to support our office staff in :.

Responsibilities



Manage office reception Assist the Finance manager with the full cycle of accounts payable (AP) with the focus on payment processing in multiple currencies, legal entities, and countries, ensuring accurate and timely execution. Process and file incoming mail and cheques. Manage office logistics. Maintain relationships with office suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely procurement of office supplies and services. Collaborate with the leadership team on various projects, providing logistical and administrative support to ensure initiatives are executed effectively. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a well-maintained, organized, and productive work environment.

Qualifications



1-4 years of experience in finance administration, including accounts payable and payroll within the construction industry.
Ability to grasp new systems, software, database programs quickly

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with advanced knowledge of Excel for financial reporting. Strong work ethic. Detail-oriented and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment. Legal authorization to work in Canada is required.
Compensation: CAD $ 40-55k annually DOE
