We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and developing new business opportunities.
Duties
Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Develop and present tailored proposals that address client needs and demonstrate the value of our offerings.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a focus on long-term relationships.
Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth and improvement in service delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management or sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities in various markets.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs effectively.
