We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Administrative Assistant

to join our team. This role is vital in supporting daily office operations, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, proficiency in office software, and excellent customer service abilities. Experience with medical or dental offices, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace is a plus. Responsibilities



Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Handle scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management for staff or clients Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person Support administrative functions such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication across departments Perform clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and maintaining office supplies

Qualifications



Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role; experience in medical or dental offices is highly desirable Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry applications Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk interactions and client support Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing records accurately Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience working with multi-line phone systems is advantageous Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed
