Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting/Office Clerk with Bookkeeping skills to join our team. This role requires strong organizational skills and a high level of proficiency in Sage. You will be responsible for processing new jobs, packing slips, managing Invoicing, performing bank deposits. Must be fluent in English both written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
-Receptionist
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents,
- Create and manage Invoices with a high degree of accuracy for AP and AR.
- Oversee office supplies
- Communicate effectively with team as needed
- Utilize Sage (Business Vision) for basic accounting tasks
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Uphold phone etiquette standards in all communications
-Backup for payrill and a variety of Office Admin duties when needed
Experience:
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word documents
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, work independently or part of a team
- Previous experience with Sage (Business Vision) is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
