Job Description

The Totem Group is a family company located in Cochrane, Alberta that owns and operates golf courses, hotels, commercial properties, and the Totem Charitable Foundation.

We are looking for a positive, team-oriented Accounting Technician/Office Admin.

Qualifications:



- Basic office administrative duties

QuickBooks

- Accounts payable/receivable

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Excellent communication skills

Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work.

Schedule:



- 24-30 hours per week with the potential for full-time

- No evenings or weekends

Experience:



- QuickBooks Desktop/Online - 2 yrs minimum
