Domenic Rosso Chartered Professional Accountant offers an array of accounting, tax and advisory services to business and personal clients in the Greater Toronto Area. At the offices of Domenic Rosso Chartered Professional Accountant my primary focus is servicing small to medium sized owner managed businesses. The services will help guide you through every stage that your business will encounter; from the initial structuring and tax planning considerations during the start-up or acquisition phase, preparing business plans, performing due diligence investigations, obtaining financing up to the ongoing financial and tax reporting obligations. Services include financial statement audits, condominium corporation audits, review engagements, compilations and financial statement preparation, general accounting services, corporate and personal tax return preparation, tax planning, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, estate and succession planning, estate and trust tax returns.

Role Description



This is a full-time, on-site role as a Bookkeeper / File Technician located in Vaughan, Ontario. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to bookkeeping and file preparation. The right candidate will have bookkeeping experience and familiarity with accounting software (Caseware, Profile, QuickBooks and MS Office) in order to prepare compilation engagements, review and audit files.

Qualifications



The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, hard-working individual who is passionate about what they do. Additional qualifications include:

2-5 years of bookkeeping experience; College diploma in Accounting/Bookkeeping or enrolled in the CPA program Skilled in communication (verbal and written), organization skills, client service, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills; Candidate must be comfortable in a technology dependent environment including proficiency with Microsoft Office. Proficiency with Caseware, Profile and QuickBooks is an asset; Possess strong interpersonal skills, Being attentive to detail is a must; Accounting firm experience will be viewed as a strong asset; Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in a similar role is a plus Diploma or certificate in Accounting or related field

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
