WHAT YOUxe2x80x99LL DO

• Reporting to Supervisor, Finance, youxe2x80x99ll issue purchase orders, track and expedite purchases while working with internal departments and external vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels and make purchasing recommendations.
• Liaison with Vendors for accounting discrepancies, organize returns to vendors and inform pricing errors.
• Prepare projections and purchasing plans.
• Produce data relating to various statistical analysis.

WHAT YOUxe2x80x99VE DONE

• You have or are close to having a post-secondary degree in accounting or business.
• Familiar with ERP Systems or Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel is a must.
• Youxe2x80x99re a quick learner with a strong work ethic.
• 2 years related experience .
• You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You're a quick learner with a strong work ethic.
• You have effective time management skills and are able to meet deadlines while delivering accurate results.
