Overview


We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting / Office Administrator to join our team. This role includes general accounting tasks, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, answering phones, filing, and general office upkeep. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities



Greet and assist visitors Answer and direct incoming phone calls Perform general accounting and data-entry tasks Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Assist with payroll processing Prepare, organize, and file documents Maintain office supplies and overall office organization Support daily administrative functions Participate in basic office cleaning (shared among staff)

Qualifications



Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
