Job description

  • Respond to customer requests & and queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process Accounts Payable, ensuring proper authorities, receipts, coding, and payment, as well as managing vendor payment interaction
  • To handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries regarding statements, invoice reconciliation, price adjustments, etc.
  • Assist with the month-end process.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies \xe2\x80\xa2 Other accounting-related matters and special projects as required.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Support other departments.
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Bachelor\'s degree or above, major in accounting, or financial management is preferred.
  • At least two years of related experience required \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with Chinese communication ability preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Benefits:
