Manage fixed assets: process transfers and disposals - Update the asset auxiliary - Process and code payments for asset sales - Prepare and record journal entries - Reconcile accounts - Balance inter-company accounts - Follow up supporting documents for disposals - Respond to divisional requests for information.Your assets for this position!
DEP in accounting or equivalent
Experience with bank reconciliations and/or fixed assets
Advanced MS Excel skills
Knowledge of the Oracle system
Bilingual French and English (spoken and written)
Attention to detail and precision
Ability to juggle several tasks/projects simultaneously
Good interpersonal skillsA self-starter, able to adapt to dynamic work environments with a routine component.
