Permanent full-time position
37.5 hours per week
Salary based on experience, ranging from $55,000 to $63,000, plus a 5% bonus
Possibility of working in a hybrid mode for 2 days a week (Monday and Friday)

Summer Fridays: Half-days in July and August
Responsibilities of the Accounting Technician:Process payments for various real estate expenses
Prepare invoice payments
Handle personal financial reports
Manage accounting for personal accounts, trusts, and limited partnerships
Prepare personal balance sheets
Conduct bank reconciliations and GST/QST filings
Prepare year-end files for trusts and limited partnerships
Participate in special projects
Qualifications of the Accounting Technician:Technical program in administration/accounting (CEGEP)
1 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience
Good knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online is an asset
High discretion in handling personal and confidential information
Bilingual in French and English
