Accounting Bookkeeper
Job Description
Small Accounting Firm looking to hire an experienced bookkeeper/accountant for a freelance full-time position. To hire ASAP
The potential candidate must have experience using the following softwares:
quick books online and quickbooks desktop, sage50 desktop and online, excel
Tasks to complete on bookkeeping software\'s to follow:
-Set Up chart of accounts for new incorporations on any of the above softwares, enter opening balances fro closing numbers from prior years financials
-Entries into general ledger
-Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
-Shareholder loan and Shareholder payable Allocations
-Finalizing year end reports- Trial Balance Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss for corporate tax filing
Potential candidate must have experience. Some training will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
- Monday to Friday
- QuickBooks: 3 years (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
