Duties

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports. Conduct account analysis and reconciliation for accounts payable and accounts receivable. Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payments. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. Assist in budgeting processes and financial forecasting. Support auditing activities by providing necessary documentation and insights. Utilize accounting software such as Sage and Xero for efficient record-keeping. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive business performance. Maintain organized bookkeeping practices for all financial transactions.

Skills

Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles and practices. Proficiency in account analysis, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation. Experience with auditing processes within financial services. Familiarity with payroll systems and budgeting techniques. Expertise in bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records. Proficient in accounting software including Sage and Xero, as well as other accounting tools. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial reporting. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
