This position is ideal for an accomplished accounting professional with proven leadership skills and a strong background in driving financial processes to support organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial data and adherence to accounting standards
• Manage and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance, performance feedback, and career development opportunities
• Prepare and present financial statements and reports to management, offering insights into company performance and recommendations for improvement
• Monitor and evaluate internal control systems to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to assist in strategic financial planning and budgeting processes
• Support audits by responding to inquiries and providing necessary documentation to auditor
• Implement process improvements to maximize efficiencies and streamline accounting operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Accounting Manager/Supervisor
• Expertise in financial reporting, general ledger management, and reconciliations
• Proficiency with accounting software such as SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management expertise
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with teams across the organization
