Job Summary

Possession of a Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
Holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, or actively working towards obtaining it.
Work Experience:
Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of hands-on accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to manage and execute various accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing accounting principles and practices.
Experience with inventory management, cost accounting, and production-related financial processes.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards applicable to manufacturing accounting.
Ability to prepare for and participate in internal and external audits.
Proficient in using accounting software and financial management systems.
Experience with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing settings.
Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices.
