Our Vancouver based financial services client is seeking an Accounting Manager to join the team.
**Competitive salary ranging from $100,000-120,000 + Bonus + RRSP**

- Lead the preparation and review of accurate financial statements and reporting packages.
- Oversee month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage and mentor the financial reporting team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and support
- Coordinate year-end audits and liaise with external auditors to meet deadlines.
- Drive process improvements, reporting efficiency, and automation initiatives.
- Support budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic initiatives across the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, streamline processes, and implement automation.
- Designated CPA
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience with previous managerial experience
- Previous experience within the financial services sector will be highly regarded
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
