Our firm has been in business for over 45 years in the Annapolis Valley, NS, focusing on owner-managed businesses and adopting innovating practices to serve our clients. Our new office is located at 464 Main Street in Kentville NS.

Responsibilities will include:

Review of compilations; Review of personal tax returns; Preparation of review engagements; Demonstrate and apply strong project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members; Leverage team appropriately to ensure proper documentation is prepared for the client and procedures relating to the file are followed accordingly; Liaise and correspond professionally with clients and colleagues; Manage a portfolio of clients while ensuring their needs are met and that relationships and accounts grow and develop.

Job Qualifications:

Completion of a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation; Superior technical expertise in privately held business an asset; 2 to 4 years of experience in public practice; High attention to detail; Commitment to quality, excellence, and continual professional growth for yourself and those who you manage; Strong management skills, especially in areas of scheduling, organizing, supervising, and multi-team managing;
