With more than 120 service trucks on the road, we field a large volume of calls every day from people all over the Lower Mainland that need our help with their plumbing, drainage, heating and air conditioning service.

Summary

As an Accounting Coordinator at Milani Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd., you will play a vital role in managing billing processes and ensuring accurate financial transactions. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. You will also be helping expand the software to Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

Set up Microsoft Dynamics for the company. Process billing for services rendered accurately and efficiently. Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments. Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records and reports. Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Communicate effectively with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment options. Maintain accurate data entry for all transactions related to billing. Assist in negotiating payment plans when necessary to accommodate customer needs.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics. Proven experience with accounting software and billing processes. Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable functions. Excellent mathematical skills for accurate financial calculations. Effective negotiation skills are preferred but not mandatory. Detail-oriented with strong data entry capabilities. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
