The role entails full-time, on-site employment as an accounting clerk with responsibilities encompassing both accounts receivable and payable duties. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and excellent attention to detail. The main tasks would be
- Process Invoices
- Assist with bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain Financial records
-Perform data entry to record financial transaction
- Arrange Vendor payments
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in an accounting or finance-related role
- Bilingual
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (we use SAP integrated system)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
