Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper

to join our finance team and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

What You Will Be Doing

You will support the Finance Team in daily accounting operations and month-end processes in a multi-entry environment, includingPreparing daily cash settlements and bank deposits. Reconciling bank feed items and correcting coding errors. Helping with billing and accounts receivable Assisting with reconciling balance sheet accounts. Supporting journal entry preparation and assisting with month-end close. Performing other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring

College diploma in accounting or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of experience. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is an asset. A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
