- Daily Bank Deposit
- Accounts Payable \xe2\x80\x93 data entry & Payments
- Reconcile schedules
- Weekly Management Reports
- Monthly Warranty Payment
- Print and distribute invoices
- Reconcile monthly Parts Statement
- Daily Cash Rec backup
- Daily Bank Deposit backup
- Daily mail distribution
- Accounts receivable backup \xe2\x80\x93 accepting payments from Customers
- Other various related duties as assigned
