We are seeking an experienced temporary Accounting Clerk to join our Accounting team for a period of 18 months.
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for accurate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable subsidiary ledgers and the reconciliation thereof to the General Ledger. In this role, you will analyze Receivable and Payable accounts; pursue receipt of late payments and assist in resolving differences in Accounts Payable and Receivable amounts. You will also process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions within defined time frames and established practices and procedures.
Prior experience using Great Plains would be hugely beneficial, together with knowledge and experience of invoice coding and complex allocations between departments/cost centres.
