ACCOUNTING CLERK \xe2\x80\x93 SUMMER STUDENT We currently have a temporary summer position available for an Accounting Clerk in our Billing Department.
The duration of this role will be from approximately May 1, 2023 \xe2\x80\x93 September 1, 2023. Reporting to the
Billing Manager, this role is an excellent opportunity for a post-secondary student looking to gain some practical, hands-on working experience. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the reconciliation of receivables.
• Identify and process data clean up of current billing system.
• Assist with various Accounts Payable processes.

Required Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a related post-secondary program.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Possess a pleasant telephone manner and solid communication skills.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft excel and the ability to learn new computing software quickly.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
• Professional, efficient, and proactive with time-management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work from the office.
