Position: Accounting clerk, procurement
Location: Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu
Salary: market competitive
Schedule: 40 hrs/week
Area: Food
Position: Temporary/12 months (with possibility of extension/permanence)
Start: As soon as possible

Our client is looking for a motivated and autonomous accounting clerk (supply) who will join the accounting team of a company in the food industry.

Responsibilities
As an accounting and supply clerk, here are your next responsibilities:

- Ensure the supply of equipment and ingredients according to the planning
from production;
- Maintain rigorous monitoring of inventories, carry out checks on the floor and make the necessary corrections;
- Reconciliation of inter-factory invoices;
- Follow up on orders with suppliers and respect deliverables;
- Coordinate/share the delivery schedule with the planning team;
- Perform the receipt of orders in the computer systems;
- Prepare month-end entries;
- All other related tasks.

Qualifications
- DCS, AEC or DEC in accounting;
- Have 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Functional English;
- Be rigorous, autonomous and able to work with large volumes.
