detail-driven and organized Accounting Clerk

to join our

Langley team

What You'll Be Doing



As an

Accounting Clerk

, your role will be essential in ensuring our

financial processes run smoothly

. Your responsibilities will include:

?

Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and credit card transactions while ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
?

Data Entry & Financial Records

- Maintain

up-to-date, error-free

financial transactions in our accounting system.
?

Processing Statements

- Prepare and send statements to clients and vendors.
?

General Administrative Support

- Assist with office and accounting-related administrative tasks as needed.

What You Bring to the Table



We're looking for someone who is

organized, motivated, and eager to learn

. The ideal candidate will have:

?

At least 1 year of experience

in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
?

Education in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

(certificate, diploma, or degree).
?

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

(Excel, Word, Outlook).
?

Strong attention to detail

- You love accuracy and organization.
?

Excellent communication skills

- Both verbal and written.
?

Ability to work independently & manage time effectively.



Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!):



Experience with

ERP software

(QuickBooks, Sage, PeopleSoft, or similar). Familiarity with

financial reporting and reconciliation
