ACCOUNTING AND ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK
Do you have 5 or more years of experience in accounting and administration with a DEP / AEC / DEC in accounting? Would you like to work in a collaborative yet autonomous work environment? Do you give fine attention to detail? If so, then our client will want to meet you! Our client, situated in the East End of Montreal is a leading industrial manufacturer in their field. They are looking for an individual who will assist the Chief Accountant. You will produce the pay, sales invoices, balance the sales journal, control the process of payment to suppliers, match supporting documents with electronic transfer payments, establishing credit card expense tables and expense reports as well as assisting the controller and management with all other accounting and administrative tasks. You should be bilingual and possess strong communication skills to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and colleagues alike. Knowledge of Rydoo and/or ERP software is an asset.
Salary 45-65k plus excellent group benefits. Plenty of free parking on site.
