About the opportunity\xe2\x80\xa6As an integral part of the \xe2\x80\x9cwe can do that\xe2\x80\x9d operation, this position is responsible to perform all tasks related to the processing of all vehicle sales, Specifically:

• prepare daily bank deposits, including reconciliation of cash clearing accounts.
• accounts receivable collections and reconciliations.
• full cycle accounts payable.
• post all manufacturer invoices.
• posting PreOwned, wholesale and dealer trades sales.
• bank Reconciliation.
• back up and assist all accounting team during month end and year end

About you\xe2\x80\xa6Ideal candidates will have a proven experience in accounting administration and processing, including:

• 1 to 3 years of proven accounting experience in a dealership environment
• post-secondary education in accounting
• proficiency working with ERP systems (ie. CDK/Reynolds/OneEighty)
• proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
• ability to maintain professionalism
• ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
• a desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• a proven commitment to quality of work
