What You'll Do

Greet clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring an exceptional service experience. Schedule appointments and manage repair orders with efficiency and attention to detail. Clearly communicate service recommendations, timelines, and costs. Liaise between clients and technicians to ensure transparency and satisfaction. Maintain high standards in all client interactions--reflecting the Mercedes-Benz brand.

What You Bring

??*Previous experience in automotive service advising or customer service.
Strong communication and organizational skills. A calm, confident presence under pressure. Passion for delivering world-class service. Valid driver's license.
