Accounting Clerk - Kramer Mazda

We're looking for a detail-driven Accounting Clerk to join our team at Kramer Mazda. In this vital role, you'll support our accounting and management teams by ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process high volumes of vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency Reconcile accounts payable transactions and vendor statements Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments Accurately process vehicle sales and lease transactions, ensuring all required documentation is present Prepare and process payments Maintain organized financial records and assist with reporting Support month-end processes and ad hoc finance tasks

Skills, Abilities, and Education Required:

Certificate, diploma, or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Familiarity with accounting software and Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A proactive, self-directed approach and a willingness to learn Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Schedule and Location:

This full-time permanent role works primarily in-office at Kramer Mazda from Monday to Friday.

Pay:

$40,000 - $45,000 per year
