Job Description



Our company is looking for an experienced accounting clerk to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.

*Responsibilities

Payroll, AP, AR

Balance and maintain accurate ledgers, reconcile bank accounts

Report financial results on a regular basis to management

Skills



Accounting degree required

Knowledge of MS Office and Sage 50

Excellent communication and administrative skills

Exceptional organization and time management skills

Ability to meet all assigned deadlines

Salary



To be negotiated

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Experience:

Sage 50: 1 year (preferred) bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-07-07
