Key Responsibilities:



Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Manage vendor accounts, payments, and reconciliations.

Handle bank reconciliations, cash deposit audits, and credit card statements.

Maintain accurate payroll records, calculate bonuses/commissions, and remittances.

Document management tasks, including scanning, filing, and maintaining invoices and backup

Expense analysis

Qualifications:



Completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree in accounting and/or finance

3 -5 experience in accounting with an emphasis on accounts payable

High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, advanced formulas).

Experience with QuickBooks Online is required.

Analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Strong organization and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
