As an Accounting & Administrative Support professional, you will be a key team member providing critical support in accounting, office administration, and day-to-day business operations.   • Serve as the front office receptionist, greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
  • Manage administrative duties including filing, ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, and photocopying.
  • Process Accounts Payable transactions such as generating checks, data entry, filing backups, and mailing payments.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable by posting payments and making necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations for multiple Canadian and US bank accounts.
  • Process invoices for payment in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide additional accounting and administrative support as assigned.
