Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Accountant/Admin to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible weekday work while contributing to the smooth operation of our accounting and administrative functions.

Responsibilities



Assist our accountant with daily book keeping and administrative tasks. Enter, organize, and reconcile financial data inQuickBooks. Provide support with billing, payments, and financial reporting. Help prepare statements, invoices, and documentation. Maintain organized digital and paper records.

Qualifications



Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2 years of accounting work experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks is required. Experience with Buildium (property management software) is considered a strong asset. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Work Location: In person
