Duties:
Managed accounts payable, including coding and entering vendor invoices, processing payments, and reconciling company credit cards in SAGE.
Handled order processing, invoicing, and item management, coordinating with production, shipping, and sales teams.
Responded to customer and vendor inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely service and satisfaction.
Assets:
Knowledgeable on Sage, Excel - pivot tables and v-look ups (must)
Excellent phone communication skills.
