Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Accounting and Administration Manager for our busy, customer-focused, digital reprographics business in the lower mainland.About UsWe are a full-service printing & print technology company that serves Vancouver and the Lower Mainland's leading Architectural, Construction, Engineering and Property Developers. We cater to deadline-driven clients, whose professional standards are as high as our own. With over 35 years of printing experience, we can print, reproduce, or digitalize anything our clients need. We have two locations Abbotsford, and Burnaby. This position will be on-premise at our Burnaby office.Responsibilities

  • Bank Account Reconciliation
  • Full Accounts Payable Cycle for a group of companies (Verification and entry of vendors bills, weekly cheque runs, communication with vendors)
  • Cash Management
  • Payroll for 15 employees
  • Inventory Management
  • Monthly Contract Billing
  • Full Month End Procedures & Reporting to Owner
  • Quarterly Bank Reporting
  • Purchasing, including drop shipment processing
  • Open Order Management
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in business or accounting or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (mainly Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Experience with ERP software packages (Odoo would be an asset)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Great attention to detail
