Responsibilities:
Prepare purchase orders
Manage A/P
Prepare sales invoices and packing lists
Maintain and update inventory records in the computerized inventory system
Book journal entries
Assist monthly closing
Arrange the shipment, pickup and delivery
Answer and direct phone calls
Other accounting/administrative duties as requested
Requirements:
6-month accounting/administrative experience preferred, but any office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Willing to learn
Hard working
Strong commitment to reliability
Fluent in written and spoken English
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of Sage 50 an asset
