Yummy Catering is a leading children's catering company on a mission to provide healthy, nutritious, and delicious meals to schools and childcare centers. Since 2004, we have grown from a small kitchen with a big dream to preparing over 40,000 meals daily--and we're still growing! We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to contribute to a dynamic and purpose-driven company.

What You'll Do:

Manage accounts payable/receivable, process payments, and reconcile transactions. Prepare and issue monthly client invoices accurately and on time. Process bi-weekly payroll and year-end payroll filings (T4s, ROEs, etc.). Handle bank and credit card reconciliations with precision. Maintain electronic filing systems for financial records. Tax-related filings and ensure compliance with regulations. Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role. Proficiency in QuickBooks is a MUST. Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
