Job Description

Our client - a well-established real estate and construction company - is looking for an Accountant to join their head office in Terrebonne.
This is your chance to join a reputable, long-standing organization in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
Your Impact:
- Perform daily accounting entries (invoices, payments, journal entries)
- Prepare monthly financial statements for multiple holding companies
- Assist in preparing internal reports for project companies
- Participate in GST/QST filings and DAS (source deductions) declarations
- Support the payroll process for construction site employees (training provided if needed)
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist in cash flow monitoring
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal accounting processes
What You Bring:
- DEC, AEC, DEC, certificate or bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent training
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting (experience with multiple companies is an asset)
- Experience in the real estate and/or construction sector
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and autonomy
- Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Avantage, Maestro, or others) is an asset
- Willingness to learn, team spirit, and proactive attitude
