We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to lead critical financial operations, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), inventory management, audit preparation, and financial reporting. This role will also support the automation of accounting processes, helping the company drive efficiency and maintain accuracy across all financial functions.
Duties
Ensuringall customer invoices are issued promptly and accurately. Monitor receivables, proactively follow up on overdue accounts, and collaborate with the sales and operations teams to resolve any disputes that may delay collections.
Payment to producers, suppliers, and other expense categories, ensuring timely disbursements while maintaining accurate records. Reconcile vendor statements, and ensure compliance with financial policies and controls.
Perform account reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in audits .
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Conduct account analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement in financial performance.
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes, reducing manual work and increasing operational efficiency. Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams to implement new systems and optimize the use of ERP and other accounting software.
Skills
Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks.

Experience in accounting or a similar field (1-3 years preferred).
Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and practices.
Knowledge of auditing processes and financial services is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
