Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in account reconciliation, and supporting various accounting functions across the organization. Duties

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis to verify accuracy of financial data Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including ledger entries and journal postings Support budgeting processes by preparing financial reports and forecasts Conduct internal audits and assist with external auditing procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards Process payroll accurately and efficiently using relevant payroll systems Perform regular account reconciliation to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly Generate detailed financial reports for management review and decision-making purposes

Skills

Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks and other accounting tools Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes Experience with corporate finance, budgeting, and account analysis Knowledge of auditing procedures and financial services regulations Excellent bookkeeping skills with attention to detail Ability to perform account reconciliation accurately and efficiently Familiarity with payroll processing systems Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to interpret complex financial data Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders
This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about maintaining financial accuracy and integrity within a professional setting. Prior experience in accounting roles utilizing diverse accounting software platforms is highly preferred.

Pay: From $17.33 per hour
