Job Description

Seeking qualified and detail oriented Bilingual French Accountant to support client in healthcare industry. This role is a progressive opportunity to work closely with the Accounting Manager. The Bilingual French Accountant will manage accounting operations for lines of business in Quebec and other provinces.

This is an long term contract with strong potential for permanent placement located in North York, Ontario.

Responsibilities are:

- Full cycle AR - setup clients, invoice, collect, reading contracts, charging contracts and making deposits , collections

- Full cycle AP - setup vendors, process invoices, make payments (EFT or Cheque) - Concur - verifying payments

- Full cycle accounting - Journal entries, pre - paids, depreciation, accrued expenses, bank reconciliations and P& L variance explanations

- Accounting Degree required
- Verbal - 2+ years of experience in full cycle accounting
- Experience with NetSuite is an asset
- Self starter who works independently with minimal supervision
