The Accountant will:

Prepare, analyze and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports. Complete the annual budget process. Manage trust and general bank accounts, lines of credit, corporate credit cards, and required bank reporting. Ensure compliance with BC Law Society rules and reporting requirements. Payroll administration. Manage trust accounts and bank accounts. Complete adhoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field. Knowledge of GAAP, CRA requirements, and BC Law Society accounting rules and standards; Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information; Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A strong sense of urgency and focus on internal customer service. Solid business acumen and an interest in all business operations. Excellent computer skills.

This is currently an in office role with a four day work week, however other arrangements would be considered for the right candidate. The starting salary for this opportunity is $32 - $36 per hour.
