. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing insightful financial analysis. This role requires proficiency in various accounting software and a strong understanding of accounting principles. Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports. Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices. Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records. Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Perform bank reconciliation to verify account balances. Utilize accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or PeopleSoft for various accounting tasks. Analyze accounts and provide insights to improve financial performance. Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting and forecasting efforts. Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Experience:

Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software, including Xero, Sage, or PeopleSoft. Experience with payroll processing and accounts receivable management. Familiarity with account analysis and reconciliation processes. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
