Position Summary
Northern Health is looking for an experienced, highly efficient, and self-directed temporary full time Administrative Assistant to support the Finance department.
Reporting to the Coordinator, Capital Accounting this position is responsible for complex reconciliation, performs account analysis, coordinates third-party communication requests and assist with period-end reports. Performs various other duties related to the position.
Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Days, 08:00 to 16:00

Qualifications
Completion of second year student of an Accounting Designation Program or post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, four (4) years of recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Experience with computer systems, specifically with Excel.
Skills and Abilities: Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to organize work. Ability to deal with others effectively. Ability to pay close attention to detail, maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work effectively under the pressure of deadlines
